Privacy

We count visits with Umami. It runs on our own server, sets no cookies and does not keep your IP address. We only see counts: which pages are viewed and which site you came from. We also see roughly which country and city you are in. On top of that we see what kind of device, operating system and browser you use, along with the language and screen size. We share these figures with no one. Separately, our web server, like any web server, keeps a log with the IP address of each request. We keep it for at most 90 days, for security and to trace faults.

The site only sets a cookie if you switch language yourself. It remembers your language choice. During your visit your browser also remembers whether you have already been sent to your own language, until you close the tab. The site stores nothing else on your device. That is why you see no cookie notice.
